- all payments are taken through PayPal

- all payments must be in GBP

- you must be 18 or older to submit a quote for commission, I will ask for ID when the quote is resubmitted for commission
- if you are not 18, a guardian may give written permission with an ID, they can choose whether I contact you directly or if I must go through them.
- all shipping and packaging is payed by the commissioner
- I have the right to deny any commission
- payment plans can be discussed but 50% of the full commission price must be payed before commencing
- I charge a 35% non refundable deposit 
- harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, in these instances I will be at liberty to drop the project without issuing a refund
- commissioners may be blacklisted for not paying without reason and behavior
- i do not work with deadlines, I am in full time education and this takes priority, I will always keep the commissioner in the loop
